How about a poll?
I was going to run the exchange based on relationships (gen or ship) but a couple people in different places have expressed interest in having a character-based exchange instead, so let's try a poll.
Two caveats:
1 - The outcome of the poll is not necessarily binding. I'll try to go with what the majority wants, but there are a number of factors that might make it impossible.
2 - Regardless of whether we go with character, relationship, or both, I will be using "OR" matching instead of "AND" matching -- that is, you're only guaranteed to match on one of the characters/pairings you request (you might request four characters, but only match on someone who offered to write one of them). Mainly this is because it's a small fandom and I don't want to create a matching nightmare. You are NOT required to write/draw for a character or pairing you didn't offer.
