AO3 Collection | New Signup | Tag Set

Remember - this year you can add tags to the tag set throughout the signup process. I will try to approve tags promptly, but you can also contact me if you've added tags and would like them approved before I get to it.

Keep in mind, therefore, if you request or offer "any" that this will include tags added right up to the end of the signup period. (Because of this, I will be very flexible about allowing emergency edits after signups close; I'll also give plenty of notice for signups closing. No one wins if someone gets stuck with an assignment they hate!)

Also, this year you not only have the option of multiple requests/offers, but you can enter up to six characters/pairings in each request and offer, although you are only required to offer and request one of each. Hopefully this will streamline the signup process (so, for example, you can put all your requests or offers in one box if that's easiest) while also allowing maximum flexibility so you can, for example, offer one character for vids and other characters for fanfic.

I'll start the full promo blitz tomorrow (3/20), and also have sharing graphics at that time, but feel free to link this anywhere in the meantime.

Sweetie, there's no "Letter URL" box on the sign-up... (despite it being mentioned in the instructions)

OOPS. That's a check box that has to be ticked, and it looks like I didn't tick it this year when I set up the form - I pretty much redid the form from scratch due to changing some of the requirements this year, so I must have missed that one. Thank you for letting me know!

Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it now that people have already started submitting their signups, so I just took that bit out of the instructions - let me know if you notice it anywhere else. All information will need to go in the signup box this year.

You're welcome! And about nominating tags - how do I let you know if I do so?

I've been checking the tags about once a day or so, but you can also let me know in a comment or PM that you've done so, and I can go in and approve them right away.
