Quick nominations clarification
Characters must be Agent Carter characters to be nominated for SSR Confidential by themselves. You can still request those characters in relationships (gen or ship) with Agent Carter characters, e.g. "Relationship: Peggy Carter & Natasha Romanov". But Natasha could not be requested as a character on her own.
